But the maintenance staff is what stands out the most for me, always taking care of any need I may have. fast, courteous, professional, knowledgeable and always on top of it, with a smile too. I love Republic Place and the family feel it gives me and I'm looking forward to staying for many years to come.

Steven also was very helpful the 2 times I spoke with him. The whole leasing dept is very professional and I cannot say enough great things about them.
Verified Renter maintenance will immediately close tickets without comment or update, which is not a problem if they eventually arrive and perform the work but most tickets recently have to be opened multiple times over several days before maintenance actually performs the work
Verified Renter My move-in experience was pretty seamless. The leasing office did a great job answering my questions and ensuring I had everything I needed. The maintenance staff was quick to resolve the minor issues I had with the apartment (outlet replacement, shower cleaning....etc) in less than 24 hours. Overall good experience.

She always responds promptly to any of our questions, has been friendly and professional, and welcomed us warmly. The maintenance staff is prompt and friendly as well. We are very happy to have Windsor be our new home!
Verified Renter The lovely ladies in the office are very welcoming and kind, and happy to help. However I picked up my keys a little less than a month before I physically moved in, and had a few items on my list I would have liked to be taken care of, but none of them appeared to be completed, minus the quick cleaning items I requested. Overall the move in process was fairly easy, and the apartment is in fairly good condition considering they aren't brand new.
