Verified Renter I had a water leak under my sink that I knew needed to be taken care of quickly and within 15 minutes it was taken care of on Super Bowl Sunday no less. I had left my apartment briefly to run an errand and received a call that the leak was fixed, cleaned up and I was advised to call if I saw anything else. I've never been so impressed with the care and service of a maintenance crew as I have with Windsor Republic Place.

Management The last resident event the property manager was drunk. She’s never in the office and not helpful. I have asked her multiple questions and she never can assist. I like where I live but I have concerns about never being able to reach the property manager. The assistant manager always seems to handle most of mine and my friends concerns.
