Verified Renter This apartment complex is clean, quiet, and truly a luxury living experience. Some apartments claim to be luxury by slapping on some white paint and marble countertops. The Windsor Republic Apartments are truly luxurious from the amenities to the living spaces.
Verified Renter I assure you Windsor Place is one of the best decisions I have ever made regarding housing. It’s really a perfect community for me. I have had few friends and family visited me and they testified to that. It’s Neat , Ouiet, the management quick and prompt and Professional. The maintenance team quick response is second to none. I love it in this place.
Verified Renter Ruben from maintenance is so great and helpful. He has done at least 10 maintenance tasks on my apartment and he is always prompt to get them done and also very friendly. I have been living here for last 4 months. Maintenance is great. Had some problem with microwave today and Ruben swapped it with a new one within 10 mins. Most other places will make you wait at least a week to fix something let alone replace.
Verified Renter Based on my time here, maintenance makes it a point to service their work orders immediately. Never have I ever, in my apartment living experience, have seen quick services made. Verified Renter The apartment seemed great at first till we moved in. We realized we are living with a hornets nest. We complained everywhere and still nothing has been done. They even got inside the house and it was very scary! Moreover, they decreased the rent prices by 400$ just after we moved in. It made us feel terrible that we are overpaying substantially. We went to the leasing office if they could at least provide us with garages to compensate for this but didn’t look like an effort was made
