The door is beautiful. the installation was flawless, once the right measurement was made. It did take a long time from order to installation. I was told January at the time of the sale, but it was not installed until late February. But, the door was worth the wait.
WIndow World did an excellent job on my patio door. They were quick and did it on a cold day. The installers managed to keep our house warm. The door looks and works perfectly.

I am overall satisfied with the experience I received. They came in and did their job and left in 2 days. The only things I was not happy about is the crappy job they did with the boarder they installed on the outside, didn't fully clean up all their mess, and they installed a window that slides up but wouldn't stay and said it was missing something and they'll be back to fix it but no one has showed up. Had a great experience with WW! New windows throughout, and they look great. The 3 person crew who installed them were terrific, I would recommend them for sure! My home and yard were spotless when they finished the project, which is a huge plus in my book. Great financing opportunity, 0% interest for 18 months!

I have half of my home windows installed from a major window manufacturer and Window World outperforms them 1000 to 1! Hands down the best window available. They also have incredible customer service and are the best to work with. I just wish I knew about them before I had the other windows installed. I might even pay the thousands of dollars to have those other windows removed and Window World windows installed.

I took the time to get three comparable new-window bids and I'm so pleased we decided to go with Window World. Aside from the windows being perfect, it was so nice to work with a competent-hard-working crew. Project Esitmator, Mickey ***** wasn't a hard sell, he was respectful of my time and knows his product inside and out. On installation day, Jim Sutherland lead his knowledgeable crew. The crew, Mike and TJ were amazingly fast (without mistakes) and they were respectful and caring about our home.
I had a great experience with the sales and especially the install with 2 very polite and experienced people. Installed 6 windows within 4 hours. They were on time, polite and friendly.
