The only down side was the wait time for the windows. We signed a contract on 9/3/19 and the windows were installed 12/16 and 12/17. That being said, I read the reviews and the promised time vs. wait time was the biggest complaint so we went into it expecting delays. Had a great experience with Window World. There was a small installation delay this summer due to increased business which wasn’t a problem for me, but the company compensated me for the issue. The contractor took out the proper permits and presented those to me on installation day. The work was completed in a timely manner and cleaned up any mess that was made that afternoon. Terrible Experience Based on our experience I cannot recommend this firm. In July we submitted an order for a new side door and storm door. We were told it would take 6ish weeks for it to be built and then they would reach out to install. We waited the appropriate about of time and never heard back. After two rounds of reaching out, they said good news its ready to be installed. Kevin, you signed and initialed the checklist timeline which was 9 to 11 weeks. We apologize for mis-measuring the storm door, and we ordered another one right away. (9-24). We left messages until 10/14 to get you on the schedule. The storm door lock did hit the deadbolt, but we fixed that by buying a new electronic deadbolt within a few days. We didn't know the profile of the lock would hit the handle until we had the door. We are sorry for any inconvenience, and appreciate your feedback. Thank you!
Customer service was superb! Made very clear all options and pricing up front. Installation was even better! The installer walked through the process, answered my questions, and confirmed I was satisfied with the results before leaving. I will recommend WW to others.

The sales rep was Nick. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was pleased with Ben and Jenni, the installers. My windows look wonderful. However I was a little disappointed with the lack of communication between the initial conversation with Nick and the installation. I had received an email from Lorrie, then no replies or follow up emails until I contacted Nick. Angela in finance helped explain the snafu and smoothed it over nicely.

This will be the 4th time coming out to finish the windows. They told me when I bought the windows that it would take a day. Very disappointed with the installation and handling of he 4 windows I bought and had installed. There scheduler should go to class and maybe then he can do business.

Not happy at all so far. Friday afternoon, less than 24 hours from install I get a call stating they don't have a crew to do my installation? I've been scheduled on this day for over a month, how can now less than 24 hours away you not have a crew available? So they want to reschedule me, for 9 days later - I ask "how am I going to be compensated for this inconvenience? He said he would have finance dept call me back.
