Sad that we’ve now had all of our windows replaced so we won’t need Window World any more. They’ve been fantastic to work with and we’re very happy with all 23 windows they replaced in our home. Happy to recommend Window World for great service at a great value.
Excellent crew. They went above the needed to make sure my entry floor was perfect for the install. Courteous and efficient and got the job done quickly. My experience was everything the wonderful salesman promised.
Very professional. First class. Great customer service. The representative, Ken Paeth, was right on top of everything...from the initial visit to the installation. Roger was the Project Manager for the install, and he had a very courteous crew. The 9 ft. window (a picture window and 2 casements) looks fantastic! Clean-up was excellent, too. Ken stopped out during the installation to be sure all was going well. We appreciated that. I would use Window World again. Highly recommended. Thanks Ken and Roger!
Although our doors took a long time to arrive from the manufacturer, the office kept us informed of the delivery delays. The installation was done well and everyone was great to work with. -Bruce and Jean *****

This is the second house that we have had Window World replace windows for us. Hopefully we are now done replacing windows! From the sales staff to the installers to the office staff it is a well run business. All were very professional and efficient. The quality of the windows is excellent with many options for style and price. We recommend Window World.

Our replacement windows (9 total) were installed in a matter of hours. They look great! To save money, we did not pay to have them wrapped on the exterior. In retrospect, maybe we should have paid for that service as well (although we thought the additional cost was excessive). We did the exterior trim work ourselves— and they look really good.
