We ordered 4 double-hung windows—nothing fancy, just white vinyl. The sales rep was great—straightforward and brief. He didn't put on the whole dog-and-pony show that other widow reps did (Window Nation I'm looking at you). Gave me a quote (lowest one I got I might add) without resorting to pricing gimmicks (like 'I'll knock of so many hundreds if you sign-up today and save me a trip back out here'). I had four windows installed on 10/9/23 by Window World and I'm very happy with the windows, they look so nice in my Condo. I will have others done in the near future. My installer was Ben and he was very professional and I will ask for him next time to come back. Thank you Window World. Rose B.

We were very happy with Window World and would recommend them to our friends. Very professional and when I asked them to come out and repair one of the screens on the window, they came right away. We were very happy with the quality of the window and the reasonable price.

The salesman was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The installers were professional and worked diligently all day to remove and install a new bay window. However, the side windows only had a half screen so if you opened the top window bugs and bees could fly in. It is my opinion that if a window opens it should have a screen. After paying thousands for the bay window I had to pay an additional $160 to have Window World install full screens which should be standard on any window that opens.

Window world promised a high performance product, a manufactures lifetime warranty, AAMA and NERC certified, the good housekeeping seal. We signed the contract April 2021, and were told they would be installed no later than August of 2021. We gave a cashiers check for 1/2 the total payment. In September 2021, we received a call that the patio door was damaged and unsuitable to installed, along with other windows. Pur sales rep and the installers were great! The pricing was what we were expecting when we bought our home with the intention to replace the windows. Sometimes it was tricky getting in touch with someone in the office. I work retail and can't have my phone on me, so it was frustrating playing phone tag. But work was able to be completed and they look great!

I had a great experience with Window World from beginning to end. They came out in the beginning to give me a quote and didn't play any of the games the other companies did with pricing and discounts. Very upfront on charges. The installer worked hard and was very professional. Cleaned up all messes and windows look great. The City Inspector said the best job he's seen yet.

Quick response to request for estimate. Custom doors came quickly, in about two months. Impressed by quality of doors and quality and speed of installation. Easy company to work with.

I was extremely happy with window World when I was looking for windows and they were very kind and helpful. I have had my windows since 2013. I am currently having problems with my Bay window which is leaking. I have called 2 times and am told someone will return my call. They returned my call a week later, and explained to me that they would be in touch. I called 2 more times to find out if my window that is under warranty will be covered and now I don't hear back from them. Not sure if they are going to stand behind their ... read more
