Windows were ready on time and installed in one day. They are already helping with noise reduction, the true test will be in the winter to see how well they keep the cold out, but as of now we are very happy with our new windows! Can’t wait to do the rest of the house!

Awesome company with customer service as #1 priority. Every single person we spoke or dealt with was friendly, and quick to respond to any concerns we might have. Replaced one bedroom window and four basement windows in 2017. Process from start to finish was professional and well done. Called recently to get a new quote for additional work, and had another good experience with person on the phone.

The door is beautiful. the installation was flawless, once the right measurement was made. It did take a long time from order to installation. I was told January at the time of the sale, but it was not installed until late February. But, the door was worth the wait.
WIndow World did an excellent job on my patio door. They were quick and did it on a cold day. The installers managed to keep our house warm. The door looks and works perfectly.

I am overall satisfied with the experience I received. They came in and did their job and left in 2 days. The only things I was not happy about is the crappy job they did with the boarder they installed on the outside, didn't fully clean up all their mess, and they installed a window that slides up but wouldn't stay and said it was missing something and they'll be back to fix it but no one has showed up.
