Ken was awesome with the time he spent telling us about the product and all the features, like the window glass that will save money on heating and cooling, and the heat lamp that he had to show us, to the small features on the window frames themselves that make maintenance quick and easy, to the way the window was made, and the warranty that come with the windows.. Second job with WW and all went well again. Replaced 10 old windows and whole process from quote to install was handled smoothly and professionally. Installer had to return twice to complete job but that was not a hassle for us. Will use WW Twin Cities if needed and recommend if anyone asks.

Can't say enough good things about Window World. From start to finish, this company is great to work with, and the quality of their windows is as good as other companies who charge twice as much. We just had an old bow window replaced. We came back to Window World for it, because they replaced all the other windows in our home, and even after many years, those windows are beautiful and function like they were just put in. Windows were ready on time and installed in one day. They are already helping with noise reduction, the true test will be in the winter to see how well they keep the cold out, but as of now we are very happy with our new windows! Can’t wait to do the rest of the house!

Replaced one bedroom window and four basement windows in 2017. Process from start to finish was professional and well done. Called recently to get a new quote for additional work, and had another good experience with person on the phone.
