We signed a contract for door replacement, but on review of the contract, no mention of a lifetime warranty on the door was there. When we inquired of the salesman about the warranty, he promised he would provide one. We began to suspect that no warranty from WW existed. Further, the salesperson claimed installers were all employed by WW (not true). We carry a number of different products that have warranties specific to that product and these warranties are sometimes separate from the contract. Regarding the installers - we employee our installers as subcontractors if they are licensed, insured, certified, experienced, and back-ground checked. Window World did an excellent job replacing my old windows. They were neat, professional and finished the project in less than a day. The windows also freshen my home and are tight and energy efficient. I highly recommend this company to others wanting new windows.

The consultation was no pressure, and everything including and after signing the work order was a breeze. Unfortunately, one of the window panes was cracked during install, but the crew informed me before they left that a replacement had already been ordered up and would be installed as soon as it was ready. True to their word, they were back in less than two weeks and our new bay window looks amazing! These guys really went out of their way to make this process as easy and pain free as possible.
