Our experience with WWMn began on April 18, 2017 when Brad ****** came to give us an estimate for a bow window we needed to replace. On Friday, April 21 Brad returned and wrote an order to not only replace the bow window but all our windows. We decided to replace the bow with a bay window as it was larger and more to our liking. We had 3 patio doors and 5 windows installed over 2 days July 5th and 6th 2017. The 3 man crew was courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and very skilled at everything including cleanup. I can't really review the performance of the windows until they have been through 5 or 6 years of Minnesota weather changes. They look great, though.
My new windows look great! The installers were professional and cleaned everything up before they left. I would use them again.

I had Window World Twin Cities replace all of my windows approximately 13 years ago. I love, love, love my windows!! I was very impressed with the service back then and am even more impressed with the customer service today. When I encountered a problem with one of my window locks (due to my own fault), I called them at the end of business and by 10:30 AM the following day a technician was at my home and fixed the problem lock. We have been using Window World three times so far to replace old windows and we are very happy with their service. The windows are great, the work is done faster than expected - we will hire them again to get the last windows done as well.
Installation was fast, courteous and patient. I had lots of questions and the installer answered all of them. We've had our windows just a couple of weeks but they seem great. Our previous house had half ***** and half Window World. I highly preferred the WW windows, which is why we had them installed throughout in our current home.
