Our experience with WWMn began on April 18, 2017 when Brad ****** came to give us an estimate for a bow window we needed to replace. On Friday, April 21 Brad returned and wrote an order to not only replace the bow window but all our windows. We decided to replace the bow with a bay window as it was larger and more to our liking. Brad told us that it would take 8-10 weeks to get the windows ordered and installed and that a person would be out in 2 weeks to take final measurements. We had 3 patio doors and 5 windows installed over 2 days July 5th and 6th 2017. The 3 man crew was courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and very skilled at everything including cleanup. I can't really review the performance of the windows until they have been through 5 or 6 years of Minnesota weather changes. They look great, though.
My new windows look great! The installers were professional and cleaned everything up before they left. I would use them again.

I had Window World Twin Cities replace all of my windows approximately 13 years ago. I love, love, love my windows!! I was very impressed with the service back then and am even more impressed with the customer service today. When I encountered a problem with one of my window locks (due to my own fault), I called them at the end of business and by 10:30 AM the following day a technician was at my home and fixed the problem lock. We had two exterior doors with storm doors replaced. Our experience from ordering to installation was flawless! We were very satisfied with the selection we had to choose from, and the sales rep was very helpful in explaining the differences between our top choices, making it easy for us to choose the best option for us.
