We hired Window World after getting 4 different bids. Our sales expert was Matt. He was knowledgeable, professional, & friendly. We called him several times during our decision process & he was prompt in returning our calls. The materials were delivered a month earlier than we expected which was terrific! The installers were subcontractors. They were professional and efficient & tidy. The product is made by Window World, not farmed out so the quality control is fantastic. We will hire them again.
We had a bathroom window replaced in our new. The staff from window world and the contractors were very friendly. While it did take awhile to get the window measured, made, and installed, the actual install went quick. No major complaints. The caulking job wasn't as good as I would have hoped and the window frame wasn't cleaned cleaned off after the install so there were dirty hand prints on the frame. Those were the only two complaints.
Replaced one bedroom window and four basement windows. Experience from initial sales call to measurements, and finally to installation was very good and handled in a most professional manner. Should I have a need for windows or doors in the future, I will call Window World Twin Cities.

It is very exciting to have new windows, but my older windows are a bit jealous; I promised them that we'd call Window World back when the time comes.

Love the new windows they were on time and did a great job even installing some smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors for me that they brought with them to keep my house up to code
