Window World did an excellent job with our window replacement. They have a quality product for a reasonable price and a warranty that is transferable to the next homeowner. They got the windows measured and installed in 4 weeks. They knew we wanted to put our home up for sale and got them completed very quickly. I would highly recommend them.

Our salesman was very friendly and knowledgeable. The installers were also very friendly and efficient. We are very happy with our new windows and front entry door and storm door. They were patient while we worked on our financing of the job, and kept us appraised of the job progress.

We installed 5 of our windows in 2013 and did the rest just this month. Super happy with the quality of our windows we were happy to have them back to install. Brad sales rep was honest, friendly and helpful both times. Our installers both times were friendly, incredibly clean and knowledgeable. We could not be happier with our windows in every way!

Bought my patio door and giant bay window in 2009 from Window World. With heavy use and time, the latch on the patio door has failed. Filled in the request for contact in 2017 and got a response by phone within 3 minutes. Tech is coming out next week. Customer service gets a thumbs up form me! If all goes has smoothly with the site call, I'll bump my rating of 9 to 10 :)
