We had a fine experience with Window World. Steve, the person who installed the patio sliding door, was polite and took care to protect our carpets from the installation mess. I would recommend the company.
Excellent company. No high pressure sales, very good follow up. Our experience was 100% what you'd want to have when spending a lot of money. But we must really commend the installation crew. The most polite, conscientious, caring and professional bunch of guys we've ever encountered. No foul language, respected our home and our belongings, and were here on time and didn't leave until they were sure we were satisfied. Highly recommended.
Window World did an Excellent Job. All of the people involved from the sales representative, Installers and office personal were extremely helpful and very dedicated to the job. The installation was completed by two very dedicated people that paid close attention to detail during the installation. We are very happy with the quality of the windows. I already can tell the difference in the warmth of the house and the noise reduction. We had a concern about the screens not being tight enough to assure no bugs would get in. I called and spoke to John, who was very professional and relayed my concern. In no time, Tim called me back with a solution that we are very happy with. Thank you Window World.

I recently (December 7th, 2017) had six (6) windows replaced by 'Window World' and my wife and I couldn't be happier with the results. The installation crew did a fabulous job. They were neat, courteous and very professional. Nicely done boys. Thank you.
Window World replaced a walk outnlevel door with a sliding unit as well as a porch door. The install was done to perfection. The quality of the doors is amazing, very high quality. Price was great in comparison to two other companies we got estimates from. We will have them replace our front door soon.

We ordered six windows from Window World when they had their MN State Fair special. It did take a little while to get them made, as I am sure with the special pricing they got many orders. Once completed they sent us a letter, we set up an appointment and it only took a few hours for the installation. They were in and out so quickly. The installers were very neat and courteous. I would HIGHLY recommend Window World.
I would not recommend this company. Much like the other bad reviews, after the initial ordering of our windows and a quick 6 week turnaround to ordering and setting up installation, from there it all went down hill. We also had several wrong doings with our windows, our windows had old trim that they did not flush up with the new windows, therefore leaving unfinished wood that we would need to paint. We have been working very hard to try to meet the customer’s expectations. We have done additional work beyond the scope of her project, given additional discounts, and tried to explain that high humidity levels inside a home will cause condensation on windows. We are very sorry that she is so unhappy, but will continue to stand behind our warranty and service her needs.
Overall I am happy with my new windows. If there was any negative it would be that the contractors did not show up until after 11:00 the first day and I was not able to get an update. The windows look great and I can tell a difference in the house maintaining heat. We did need someone to come back out about two weeks later to fix the patio door lock. They came within two days of my call to repair the lock and it was fixed to my satisfaction.
