Not happy at all so far. Friday afternoon, less than 24 hours from install I get a call stating they don't have a crew to do my installation? I've been scheduled on this day for over a month, how can now less than 24 hours away you not have a crew available? So they want to reschedule me, for 9 days later - I ask "how am I going to be compensated for this inconvenience? He said he would have finance dept call me back. Our experience with the salesman Brad was wonderful, he really took the time to listen and help us make a decision since we were on a budget. The installer was very nice and cleaned up mess and explained everything he was doing. He also put in a new doorbell for us because the old one broke

My experience with Window World’s sales person was great. They followed the timeline. The only complaint that I have is the installers who came out were nice but didn’t seem prepared. The install took 3 days and my house smelled like smoke from one of them.

Nick, our sale rep, was easy to deal with and great communication. 5 windows were replaced in a single day and the guy left no mess. My only complaint is that the windows that got replaced in our bay window were much smaller glass size compared to what was in there. This was due to it being an insert but that was the only option for that style. I'm definitely using Window World again the next time I need windows or siding.

This has been the worst experience ever I signed the contract 2-15-19. They came to install April 15th 2019. They were so. Unprepared for the job contractors left for an hour and a half with my patio doors off. They were to install front door and patio doors. They came back out today may 20th to complete the job. A month later and they didn't bring what was needed now they say their booked. 2 months out. This was supposed to be a happy experience its a nightmare. Still not completed. I feel so trapped and disappointed
