We had original windows in our townhome that was built in the 80’s. The entire process was flawless and they were able to schedule an initial meeting and install within days! Original quoting an install for August but got us in for the beginning of June! Our sales rep was fantastic (Nick L) and our installers were finished in two days. We have had six separate jobs over eight years done by window world. We were very happy with the salesperson, The product and the install the first time we contracted them five more times. We have had no problems and would highly recommend Window World.

We had Window World out 3 times- the first 4 windows they put in were professionally done and turned out great, the next 4 were horrible. They had to come back out 3 times before they got all the issues fixed, sloppy installation damaging the j trim. We needed windows for our bedroom and called them back out just to get an estimate so we would have a bartering tool to use. Our salesman, which was the same as before, promised that wouldn't happen again-that we would have their best team most experienced installers put them in... read more

6/5/20 Had 4 windows replaced by Matthew Kalin. Perfect job. Time efficient, knowledgeable, polite, hard worker. The windows look great. Is it too much to ask to please give this fellow a deserved raise!

After two months of dealing with nothing but issues, the job has been completed. A HUGH shout out and "Thank You" to Adam and Spencer. They did an amazing job fixing everything we had wrong. They went above and beyond the call of duty. I wish we would have had these two gentlemen from the beginning. We purchased 4 windows, a sliding door, front door and storm door back in November. February 17th-18th, a couple of gentlemen came into our home to put the windows and doors in. Upon putting the window boxes in, they noticed that they had been measured incorrectly and didn't fit properly. We contacted the gentleman that we purchased the windows from regarding this issue and he came back to our home and took pictures. He apologized and assured us that everything would be taken care of.
