Last year we went with Window World to replace our bay windows, and several rotting wood windows on our 2nd level. They did a great job, and did it fast. The windows look great and held up to Minnesota winters really well. We saw such a great value, that we decided we would bring them back this year to do the remaining 9 windows in the house. I would never recommend this company to anyone. We paid for them to install gutters to our house in early September ‘19 – gave them half of the deposit and never heard from them. After multiple phone calls and messages, I finally got a hold of someone who explained to me that they moved office and some other excuses that they came up with.,eventually I was able to get them to install the gutters sometime in October. Window World replaced our sliding door from lower level. We were so impressed with quality of door and service that we most recently had WW replace our front entry with side light. WW really takes good care of their customers.

We had a picture window and front entry door replaced. We signed the contract in Oct and work was done in March. Install went smoothly.

These guys get 5 from me. Their representative was timely, friendly, and very informative. They installed give windows and a door for me - their support staff for the installation were hard working, arrived on time, took no breaks at all until the job was finished. Great job all the way around -- fabulous looking product. I am really happy!!

We had windows and a front door installed with Window World Twin Cities. We like the windows very much. The front door needs some post install work. It is a bit dinged up, doesn't open and close easily nor lock without some jiggling. Part of this might be due to it needing to sit for a while with the colder weather, but it still will need some adjustment. Parts of paint were scuffed, scratched and chipped with instillation. In 2011, we had 34 windows put in by Window World. What a game changer! We continue to love our windows - great quality and the price could not be touched by others. We also had a new front and back door installed by them. We've had two occasions where we needed service for a minor problem and Window World was responsive and friendly. No regrets going with them - in fact, we've recently contacted them for another need. Thanks, Window World!

Window World salesman Nick blatantly misrepresented the product he was selling to convince us to purchase additional windows that were not needed. The product that was delivered and installed was not the product that the representative sold, at an additional cost of roughly $4,000. Window World was contacted at least a half-dozen times regarding this fraud and they refuse to provide even a partial refund for the purchase, saying that they fulfilled their contract. The Window World experience was a breeze. The estimates of price, delivery, and window measurements and installation went as expected and planned. It’s December now and what a difference quality windows make in a home. No outside air or excess road noise are there anymore. Very nice experience. Will use Window World again to finish our window and door upgrades.
