Window World was awesome! I used them in the past and decided to go back to them again. Great product, professional installers and sales people. Cleaned up at the end of the job and quick installation. Very satisfied!!

No high pressure sales tactics. Best prices in town based on several bids I received. Clear up-front pricing. Had 9 full frame replacement windows and one patio door installed. Had to wait several months for the windows to be manufactured but that is certainly not their fault. Installers did not rush through the work, they did it properly and took pride in their work. Excellent clean up. Would highly recommend!

I got quotes from 3 different window contractors and Window World was the most straight forward and up front in presenting the windows and installation options...with no pricing games, gimmicks or last-minute discounts to 'earn my business.' It was the exact treatment I asked for in setting the appointment and it was exactly what I got from the rep who visited my home. Honest fair estimate received, great communication throughout the process. The installers were on time and did a FANTASTIC JOB. I highly recommend Window World! Other estimates were done by PUSHY sales staff who said BUY NOW or price is going up 10%.

Window World’s representative came out and was more thorough and honest than a few other companies I had bid out our windows, and Window Worlds prices were better. Joe, our installer was friendly, cautious and precise, along with his co-worker. Any questions I asked the representative, installer and office were answered with detail. With the pandemic we needed to wait a while for our windows, yet that is the norm with the entire construction industry. Finally, our windows look great!

I called Window World and had a salesperson at my door within 48 hours, which was fantastic. Chase, the salesperson, was professional and clearly knew his products. He understood the window/door issues I was having and quickly provided great options to resolve the issue & included estimates for each. Chase also made himself available for follow-up questions.
