I was very pleased with the salesman, no pressure. Just told it like it was. The estimates wear better than I anticipated, way better than when I got estimates 10+ years ago from other companies. No pressure, no added discounts to sign now. I feel I got a good price for a quality product!

We purchased and had Window World install two patio doors. We found the process of selecting and scheduling an install to be very easy. The value we received compared to other companies products in relation to cost was a no brainer. I am another one who should have done more research on this company but some trust into our home owners board recommending them therefore, I won't take full blame for choosing them. This has to be the worst company to do business with. I started the process of having 2 windows and a sliding door put in in March of 2016 when the order was placed. We are VERY HAPPY with Window World from the beginning with Matt as Sales Assc. to two very excellent installers, Greg and Joe...... Then finally meeting the Sales Mgr. Scott. All was professionally done, 23 Windows, pleasant to work with all around, and even with minor glitch after job was done, Scott came out and very happily corrected the issue wit a smile and said call anytime.
