I recently had a craftsman entry door and bow window installed and was very impressed with the quality and workmanship of both. Chad was a pleasure to work with and continually kept me updated till ready to schedule the install. Mark and Eric were also easy to work with, professional and did an exceptional install. I love my new entry door and window and would highly recommend Window Universe. They sell an exceptional product and are very reasonably priced too!
Window Universe is a great company to do business with! Beginning with the first encounter with the sales agent, through the completion of the project. I had some minor problems that I noticed AFTER they were done and gone but they did offer to come back and correct them. These were trim issues and nothing to do with the window installation. I like my new windows and I'm glad I passed up the first 2 window companies that I got high prices and high pressure from! Window Universe is the best choice in my opinion.

Great, no pressure salesman helped me design a beautiful door! The final product is durable, current and high quality. I can’t recommend Window Universe enough. Just like the other reviewers, I was dreading the high pressure sales model. This experience couldn’t have been farther from that. I was so impressed with the variety of styles, options and flexibility of design. They had the black framed windows that I wanted! Keep up the great work WU!
Excellent experience with our purchase of a sliding patio door and front door with storm door. Sales representative was knowledgeable and helpful without any sales pressure. Staff in office was helpful with weekly emails regarding progress of door production and installation date. Installation team was outstanding; true craftsmen and very courteous. Will consider WU for home windows in the near future.
Top notch company from the quality of service, great technicians and sales staff. Love, love, love my sliding glass door and storm door. Besides the great warranty on both doors, the cosst were competitive or better. I also appreciated the weekly progress emails from the company to tell me status of my purchase. The whole experience was great.

Outstanding experience times two! We’ve had all the windows in our house replaced by Window Universe one year apart and the workmanship and communication was excellent! From Chad our salesman to the installation crew everything was as promised (and above). No gimmicks, no sales pitch, just high quality windows and installation at a fair price. Window Universe was fantastic from start to completion. Kept me informed of everything. The quality and workmanship is fantastic. All workers knew their job and were so courteous throughout the the job. My house has taken on a new look. We are so pleased.
