Window Universe was terrific! I made the appointment for Lance to come out for an estimate. He was prompt, courteous, and professional and in less than an hour, took initial measurements. and gave me a very reasonable quote for double hung, energy efficient windows and a quote for the glass block windows. Kevin, their installer, followed up with measurement verification, and the windows were ordered.
