I am so very happy that we decided to go with Windowsv Universe! They don't play games as far as pricing & their Okna Brand is exceptional. The company emailed me every week to inform us of the status in processing our order. The installer was wonderful, working from morning to night. He was very efficient & was able to fix a big problem with our picture window to which we are very greatful as it had rotted, without being charged more. Also, he placed drop cloths any where he walked in the house so not alot of mess.

Window Universe was a pleasure to work with on my home project. I had windows and doors replaced on a 90 year old home. They were professional, informative,(received weekly emails about my order and work date) and kept me updated on the project.Extremely careful on installation and cleaned up afterwards. From the salesman,the secretary to the installers everyone was a fantastic!!!!!

Our experience with Window Universe was exceptional from estimate to installation. Their quotes were all transparent and we knew what we were getting and what everything would cost item by item. Their product is excellent and their installers were professional and left our house as they found it if not cleaner. We are very pleased and plan to recommend them to anyone we know who is planning to replace windows.

I have had 2 main doors replaced by Window Universe 1-slider and 1-Front w/ storm. Quality installation with total customer satisfaction the goal. Bar non the best quality doors I have had. Professional sales and installers that know their business. Recommended !

Window Universe is a great Company to purchase replacement windows &doors!!! I went to the ********* **** * ****** Show where I met owner Andrew S*****. Window Universe was terrific! I made the appointment for Lance to come out for an estimate. He was prompt, courteous, and professional and in less than an hour, took initial measurements. and gave me a very reasonable quote for double hung, energy efficient windows and a quote for the glass block windows.
