Window Universe does business the way we wish that all home improvement companies would - with straightforward pricing, no high pressure sales tactics, and a commitment to doing the job well. Everyone there is friendly and knowledgeable, and the installers took the time to make sure the job was done right and to demonstrate how the windows work. We still have a couple of windows left to replace, and will be calling Window Universe again.

The entire process was smooth. Representative Wilson was a pleasure to work with, no pressure, gave us many options. We received weekly updates during the construction phase of our windows. Installation was great. The installers were highly skilled professionals. There were no surprises on anything and the price we were given at the beginning was what we ended up paying at the end. A class organization.
This is the second time we have used Window Universe and wouldn't use anyone else. Last year they installed new windows for us, and they are still perfect. This time we had a troublesome screen door and entryway. Sold us exactly what we wanted with no pressure or upsell. They insured that we were satisfied with their solution to our entryway issues, and we couldn't be happier. Our installation expert was courteous and thoughtful. Great job!

Unlike the majority of window companies using gimmicks to lure in customers, Window Universe gave us a straight-forward presentation of their approach. Their pricing for comparable quality windows was substantially below quotes from 2 other competitors. I've thoroughly enjoyed working with these professionals at Window Universe. They are friendly, polite and on the ball with their customer service. We've had 3 different window and door projects done with them in our Century Home. The projects weren't just replacement but needed to have added special customization like changing from 3 double hung to patio doors and maintaining the oak trim and casings to keep the authentic look.
