Great experience all around - from the first phone call to the very end everyone was super friendly, knowledgeable, ON TIME, and respectful of my property. First class outfit from front to back. Everyone you deal with is experienced and highly professional, from office support to sales to installers. Everybody knows their stuff. Everything about Windows Universe was great from the quoting process, measure, manufacturing to installation. First started with my awesome Sales Rep Lance who understood my needs and provided a straight forward quote. I stopped by the showroom to see the windows in person and Lance greeted me gave me a walk through and I made the purchase on the spot. We have used Window Universe twice. Two years ago we replaced our downstairs windows, and just recently called them again to replace our upstairs windows. We got 4 estimates to replace 2 third floor windows. Window Universe was an excellent choice. Not only was their price the best, but they were responsive at every point, from requesting an estimate to scheduling the measurements, to prompt installation. They even sent a weekly email after the windows had been ordered from the factory to keep us up to date on how long it would be until they were ready for installation- which, by the way, was several weeks less than predicted.
