We got 4 estimates to replace 2 third floor windows. Window Universe was an excellent choice. Not only was their price the best, but they were responsive at every point, from requesting an estimate to scheduling the measurements, to prompt installation. They even sent a weekly email after the windows had been ordered from the factory to keep us up to date on how long it would be until they were ready for installation- which, by the way, was several weeks less than predicted. If I could give them 6 Stars I would. Window Universe replaced all the windows in my house about 7 years ago and my experience was exceptional, but the true measure of a quality company is not just selling you something and doing a good job but standing behind their work long after the sale is over. Today I had some minor issues with a few of my windows and they not only stood behind the product they sold me 7 years ago but they showed up when they said they would and fixed what they said they would. The whole process was wonderful. The initial sales visit was quick and to the point, provided us the brochure and a run down of what we were looking at. Left us with a simple smile and a, "give us a call if you'd like to proceed!". No pressure or long-winded sales pitches. Once we decided to go ahead with the order we called up the office, they scheduled the final measurement appointment for the next day, and then proceeded to send out email updates every Friday. This company was no nonsense, it was easy to call and email to get a quote and they did not have an exhausting sales pitch. Lance was a pleasure to work with. The gentleman who came to measure as well as the installers were very professional. Their communication was top notch and I am very happy with the windows and installation. I will definitely be using them in the future and would recommend them to anyone in the Cleveland area!
This was our second time hiring Window Universe to replace some of the old windows in our home, and both times we've had a great experience. They are prompt and professional, give regular updates as you wait for your windows to be ready, and never try to upsell you on things you don't need or want. We will definitely hire them in the future!

I highly recommend Window Universe! They did replacement windows on my entire house. They were professional from the moment I called to after installation. The price was good, no pressure tactics-NONE, the employees were professional, they clean up as they go, great communication throughout the process and quality windows.
