If I could give them 6 Stars I would. Window Universe replaced all the windows in my house about 7 years ago and my experience was exceptional, but the true measure of a quality company is not just selling you something and doing a good job but standing behind their work long after the sale is over. The whole process was wonderful. The initial sales visit was quick and to the point, provided us the brochure and a run down of what we were looking at. Left us with a simple smile and a, "give us a call if you'd like to proceed!". No pressure or long-winded sales pitches. Once we decided to go ahead with the order we called up the office, they scheduled the final measurement appointment for the next day, and then proceeded to send out email updates every Friday. This company was no nonsense, it was easy to call and email to get a quote and they did not have an exhausting sales pitch. Lance was a pleasure to work with. The gentleman who came to measure as well as the installers were very professional. Their communication was top notch and I am very happy with the windows and installation. I will definitely be using them in the future and would recommend them to anyone in the Cleveland area!
This was our second time hiring Window Universe to replace some of the old windows in our home, and both times we've had a great experience. They are prompt and professional, give regular updates as you wait for your windows to be ready, and never try to upsell you on things you don't need or want. We will definitely hire them in the future!

I highly recommend Window Universe! They did replacement windows on my entire house. They were professional from the moment I called to after installation. The price was good, no pressure tactics-NONE, the employees were professional, they clean up as they go, great communication throughout the process and quality windows.
Window Universe does business the way we wish that all home improvement companies would - with straightforward pricing, no high pressure sales tactics, and a commitment to doing the job well. Everyone there is friendly and knowledgeable, and the installers took the time to make sure the job was done right and to demonstrate how the windows work. We still have a couple of windows left to replace, and will be calling Window Universe again.

The entire process was smooth. Representative Wilson was a pleasure to work with, no pressure, gave us many options. We received weekly updates during the construction phase of our windows. Installation was great. The installers were highly skilled professionals. There were no surprises on anything and the price we were given at the beginning was what we ended up paying at the end. A class organization.
This is the second time we have used Window Universe and wouldn't use anyone else. Last year they installed new windows for us, and they are still perfect. This time we had a troublesome screen door and entryway. Sold us exactly what we wanted with no pressure or upsell. They insured that we were satisfied with their solution to our entryway issues, and we couldn't be happier. Our installation expert was courteous and thoughtful. Great job!

Unlike the majority of window companies using gimmicks to lure in customers, Window Universe gave us a straight-forward presentation of their approach.
