I just wanted to reach out and say how pleased I was with your company. Excellent in everything. My installer’s were so polite and courteous . The knowledge they had was awesome. I just had a kitchen done by con artist’s and I was so afraid. My patio door was custom made and the e -mails I received was so nice to keep me updated. As they took out my old window which was a Pella we were all shocked on the poor hidden installation things they did. I give you 10 stars from the beginning to the end. Excellent service! I highly recommend Window Universe for windows and doors. They installed new windows and a custom size screen door for my Mom's house in Cleveland. The team was efficient and did excellent work. They were friendly, polite, and conscientious, keeping a tidy workspace and updating me when necessary. The windows made a huge difference in Mom's house over the winter. Great company!

Everything about working with Window Universe was a plus. The salesman came out and asked what we where wanting to do. It’s good to be prepared. We had stopped at the showroom earlier in the week for a quick tour of window styles and selection. We told him what we wanted and asked a few questions we had a quote in 30 minutes. 14 windows and a sliding patio door with a transom was right on par for our budget. I am very pleased with this company and service received. Had window replacements and they kept me informed of order statis and then called for date and time to install. Very polite installer and kept areas clean. Had a week of various weather to test and satisfied with window performance. Will contract again for front storm door in future.
