First class customer service from start to finish. From the day we signed the contract we felt like valued customers receiving weekly updates on the delivery and installation status of our 12 window project. The installers were on time, neat, and courteous . They were done with all inside work and half the outside work within 8 hours, and completed the outside work the following morning. We had 17 windows replaced by Windows Universe. Chad was a pleasure to work with. The estimate was fast and without pressure. Chad was patient to make changes and answer questions. The estimated lead time was correct. It was winter when the work happened. The installers had everything covered in drop cloths and plastic and removed there outdoor boots. They were friendly and respectful. All my questions were answered in a very friendly manner. I would recommend Windows Universe wholeheartedly.

I would definitely recommend Window Universe to everyone! They were recommended by a friend that replaced all her windows a year ago after she researched many companies, prices and quality of products. They are terrific to work with. They are very professional and treated us and our home with utmost respect. We had all our windows replaced on a cold and rainy day. I recently had a craftsman entry door and bow window installed and was very impressed with the quality and workmanship of both. Chad was a pleasure to work with and continually kept me updated till ready to schedule the install. Mark and Eric were also easy to work with, professional and did an exceptional install. I love my new entry door and window and would highly recommend Window Universe. They sell an exceptional product and are very reasonably priced too!

Window Universe is a great company to do business with! Beginning with the first encounter with the sales agent, through the completion of the project. I had some minor problems that I noticed AFTER they were done and gone but they did offer to come back and correct them. These were trim issues and nothing to do with the window installation. I like my new windows and I'm glad I passed up the first 2 window companies that I got high prices and high pressure from! Window Universe is the best choice in my opinion.

Great, no pressure salesman helped me design a beautiful door! The final product is durable, current and high quality. I can’t recommend Window Universe enough. Just like the other reviewers, I was dreading the high pressure sales model. This experience couldn’t have been farther from that. I was so impressed with the variety of styles, options and flexibility of design. They had the black framed windows that I wanted! Keep up the great work WU!
