I purchased windows from Window Universe approximately 2 plus years ago. They did a fantastic job. When I finally needed a new front door, calling them was a no-brainer. They install ProVia entry doors, the best in the business. The whole process from start to finish was top notch and professional. I recently had two windows replaced in my home by Window Universe. Even with the current pandemic there was no delay in getting the windows in and installed. During the installation the gentlemen installing the windows were efficient and polite, adhering to social distancing and wore face masks at all times. The windows work well- opening and closing and look very nice. I would order from this company again.
We love our new windows from Window Universe! Our neighbors highly recommended them, and we do as well. We were sold on the fact that they employ their own installers, not subcontractors. These guys did a beautiful job installing our nine windows and two storm doors. Everything seems like excellent quality. We didn't even bother collecting competitive bids since our neighbors confirmed that Window Universe was very competitive. We feel great about this investment in our old home!
We had never heard of Window Universe until we ran across them at the Christmas Show at the IX Center. We picked up literature from all the Window Companies. We narrowed it done to (4) companies. One company gave an outrageous quote for (5) new windows for our brick ranch. Two companies were not able to supply the window product and options that we wanted. First class customer service from start to finish. From the day we signed the contract we felt like valued customers receiving weekly updates on the delivery and installation status of our 12 window project. We had 17 windows replaced by Windows Universe. Chad was a pleasure to work with. The estimate was fast and without pressure. Chad was patient to make changes and answer questions. The estimated lead time was correct. It was winter when the work happened. The installers had everything covered in drop cloths and plastic and removed there outdoor boots. They were friendly and respectful. All my questions were answered in a very friendly manner. I would recommend Windows Universe wholeheartedly.

I would definitely recommend Window Universe to everyone! They were recommended by a friend that replaced all her windows a year ago after she researched many companies, prices and quality of products. They are terrific to work with.
