Contradictory information about an order (expected at my home today) as to whether it had shipped (yes from one representative, no from another.) 30 minutes on hold trying to reach a supervisor. Disorganized is the most charitable interpretation. When I tried to cancel, lots of roadblocks. Will avoid in the future. Dont want to deal with this sort of a company.
I ordered a sofa in November 2021 and it was supposed to be delivered by now. I have reached out to Pottery Barn multiple times and they have said that I need to wait ***** days until after the estimated delivery window passes to submit a cancelation request. They claim this policy is listed on their website and it is not. I took screenshots with a timestamp so they can't just add it and say it was there because I was never ever informed of this policy. Horrible quality of Pottery Barn products. No warranty/guarantee. My second grader's back pack strap webbing unraveled and not repairable.. had this for less than a year and more than half the time was not used due to covid and remote learning. **************** is terrible and they do not stand by their products. ****BUYER BEWARE****I placed an order online with Rejuvenation.com for a table. After 15 days I did not receive the table or get any response to schedule a delivery date. I called **************** to cancel my Order and request a refund. The 1st representative I spoke with hung up on me. I ordered a gift from a wedding registry. When I clicked on the item I wanted to purchase, the link took me directly to Pottery Barn where I made my purchase. I then was directed back to the wedding registry website where I indicated that the item was purchased. In their infinite wisdom, Pottery Barn shipped the item to me (I live three states away from the registrant), and when I called them and told them it was delivered to the incorrect address, they wouldn't correct the problem. I finally gave in and decided to shop at Pottery Barn Kids. I purchased a bag pack and water bottler for my daughter. Shipment was fast, bag was great, water bottle not so much. Within 2 weeks the water bottler was leaking, to the point my daughter could not use it any longer. Were going through the worst experience with this company!!! We ordered a sleeper sofa on November 12, 2021 (paid for in January 2022). The delivery was scheduled for March 30, 2022. In preparation for the sleeper sofas delivery, we donated our old sleeper sofa a day before the delivery. On a day of delivery, March 30th, we were notified by delivery company that the sleeper sofa was not being delivered as it was damaged in transit to the warehouse (way before our scheduled delivery date). Pottery Barn has become the ******* of furniture. So sad at how they dealt with my order that i waited weeks for and then delivered only 1/2 off it. Before it arrived the price changed and they refused to adjust my charge. Now they are saying they no longer have the missing chair. Impossible to speak with anyone who knows anything. The level of service at this company has gone down so far that I expect to see it closing ALL locations any day. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!
Do not purchase furniture from Pottery Barn. I ordered two Sussex Nightstands in January 2022. They were backordered with a three month wait. No problem. However, when I received them in March 2022, they were in disastrous shape. Table leg pieces that were too long and did not fit. Pegs that did not line up. Multiple cracks in the frame.
