WOW, I TRULY CAN'T BELIEVE THIS COMPANY AND THE WAY THEY HANDLE THEIR BUSINESS. I HAVE BEEN ON THE ***** FOR OVER 2 HOURS TRYING TO GET MY RETURNED HANDLED. THEY TOLD ME THERES A CHARGE FOR THEM TO COME PICK IT UP AFTER YOU HAVE ALREADY SPENT $299 JUST FOR DELIVERY EVERY COMPANY, I HAVE DEALT WITH IN THE PAST USUALLY WAVES DELIVERY CHARGE. I purchased a high priced couch and matching chair. I received the couch in Sept 2021. I was away on and off for three months plus after I received the couch. When I returned in late April 2022 I noticed the pilling and the baggy material on the couch cushions. With just little use the material started to pill, it not only pilled it picked up the colors of the clothes that were on the material. The material also is saggy. I called again on Friday May 20th. I was on the phone with a representative for fifty minutes. She claimed that my photos were never received. I emailed the photos again, the ones that were sent on 4/30/22. If they did not receive my emails with the photos why didnt they tell me that when I sent many emails asking the status to that same email address ? WORST COMPANY - these people should not be in business! Came on here and suddenly feel like we're not alone. Ordered a table back at the start of January that was supposed to be delivered the end of January. Didn't happen. Finally it got scheduled for March 11th. My husband took the day off work and we get a text that morning that they couldn't find a piece of it and would find it within a few days. That never happened. We're now Mid-May and still no table. Bought kitchen aid artisan stand mixer from *********** store for my mom for Christmas. Mom lives in different part of state and doesn't drive. She used mixer once and then it didn't work anymore. In meantime our location closed. By time I could arrange to go drive out of town to pick up mixer and then arrange to drive to a different part of state in extreme opposite direction to the only remaining store in state, the 30 day return policy had expired. Buyer beware, cancellations of orders are not allowed. **************** is in place only to keep an order in play. Create complications and hardship for customer. I placed an order on some lightbulbs, nothing extravagant, in stock item and had to cancel because was told that shipping could take up to **** business days for in stock items. *************** or clarifying that it could ship any quicker. Like many of the reviews here, I placed an order in October of 2021. I understand the supply chain delays from the pandemic, but I had to reach out numerous times over the course of many months to get updates on the delays; they did absolutely nothing to keep me apprised of the status of my order. Then in February 2022, my card was charged because they said the order was shipped. The delivery date came and went and I had to follow up AGAIN. I ordered a Le Creuset baking dish on a sale on Nov 27, 2021. It was originally scheduled to be delivered on Dec 5th, but then got pushed to Dec 29th, and then into Feb, and then into April, and then May, and now finally they are quoting August. Note that this dish is still being sold on their website. They obviously take the money and run and you get these 're-schedules' so that they can skirt around any backorder limits on how long they can hold your money. I ordered off of my friends baby registry. It has been issue after issue. Speaking with 5 different people who have given me the run around. The items were never even taken off the registry and were purchased by other people and now I can not even get my money back.
