Awful customer service and terrible products! We spent almost $1k on bedding with them, and my pillow clumped within months and our duvet insert fell apart in a year. It just sits on the bed and was well cared for. We took it to the store and showed them and they turned us away. So we called customer service and they said they would not replace it after 30 days. You would think spending $400 on a bed insert thinking it would last a long time, they would honor their product. Will never buy again from them.

Don't order from Pottery Barn! Three week lead time turned into over 5 months. Billed us for the full amount when the product was not shipped yet. Refuses to acknowledge our many requests to cancel. Refuses to issue a refund.

Well, shame on me for not reading these reviews prior to my large purchase with Pottery Barn. Long story short. Sold home and furniture, bought home, purchased thousands of dollars in furniture from PB to fill said home. Promised by associate it would all be "while glove delivered" in less than a month or by close of home purchase. However, had to visit a second hand store for some seating, consoles, tables, and such to get by for the last 5 months. **************** is a joke, paper trail stinks, tracking system non existent... read more

I have ordered a furniture from Pottery Barn in December 2021 to be delivered between end of May and early June 2022. Called in May and they said it was being shipped. Called again when it did not get on time in early June and they said they had supply chain issued but it was getting produced and it would get delivered by end of June. Called closer to the delivery date in June and they said the item was still not in production. It would take another 3/4 months. Terrible customer services. Horrible customer service. I have waited 16 months for an item to be shipped to be. They continue to claim the shipping depot in my state misplaces the item and they ship another one. When I call pottery barn I wait on hold for a minimum of 30 minutes to talk to a representative and then another 20 minutes to speak to a manager. I have ordered from pottery barn many times in the past and they have had issues on all but one of my orders. Wish I had looked up West Elm on BBB before I placed my order for an entryway bench. It has been a complete disaster. I won't repeat what others have said below as my situation is so similar to others I have read. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I purchased a chandelier from West Elm. The store associate showed me the catalogue with several photos of the light from various angles. When I got home I opened the box and the light is not as pictured. This is false advertising. There is a huge cord sticking up out of the middle of the chandelier. Their catalogue is clearly edited to remove this cord. If they just showed accurate photos I would be able to make the right decision for myself. This cost several hundred dollars- they are trying to scam people into purchases.

I had ordered a bed in January with Pottery Barn knowing they will not be able to deliver till May. When May came they delayed the delivery by couple of weeks, which I was fine with as those kind of things happen. Finally we were able to confirm a delivery date for white glove service. We had to get rid of old bed from the room as they had to come and install new bed, which we did. Pottery Barn is the best at creating demand with their advertising, but the absolute worst at delivering on orders. I ordered a custom stocking for my granddaughters 1st Christmas. I ordered early October 2021 to allow time for shipping delays. Also ordered four kitchen items, three delivered- one still hasnt been delivered 9 months later. Pottery Barn has created a great little trick, every day the online portal moves delivery date to the following day, it does this every single day for months.
