Appointment was for 2 pm. We got there at 1:36 pm. It was after 2:30 when the patient was called. So much for prompt service.
Will never forget the wonderful staff at the hospice for the excellent care they gave my dad during his last few weeks of life. I wish them a Christmas filled with all the kindness, love and care they shared with our family. There was never a stay in any department in this hospital where he received nothing but the best care and treatment. The wonderful men and women who are employed by this facility go above and beyond every day! Please accept my heartfelt thanks for all you do.

I was at the Dental Clinic to have a broken filling taken care of. I actually arrived early and got in early as a result and was finished before my appointment time. The service was excellent and I enjoyed (well how do you enjoy the dentist) getting the work done pain free. Thanks Wilkes-Barre again for the excellent service.
Depends on what department you are working with. Depends on what floor the patient is on. Their's different nurses & different shifts, some like to do there job some don't. You get rude receptionists and then you have nice ones. I think the high up people in the hospital are the ones that need adjustments.
Gave me wrong meds and still don't have all my meds yet
Doctors there know how to treat patients.. been there a few times me and my husband. The MRI department are quick. I go to Allentown mostly cause I live closer to it, but they aren't as quick as wilkes-barre.
Have also been going here for years with my husband , bad way back when and then last year or so has received great treatment until Thursday when my husband's family Dr. Sent him home with 102 fever and a infection caused by large lump , no tests nothing . Only to rush him to Er next morning for emergency surgery . He was released today and was taken very good care of after admission by surgeon . totally disgusted that I had to cause problems before something was done . End of rant !!!
I've been taking my brother there for the last couple of years & they are excellent in every department, we have never been turned down for any help & he has benefited from each visit, when he needed eyeglasses and hearing aids, they gave them, no problems!!!
