I have been going there for years , way back when I did not have good things to say about it. But for the last ten years I have everything good to say. Am always treated with great respect and all my app are quick and on time . My team for primary care is the best. My only complain is they just can't get my partial to fit right. Other then that hats off to them
Handle an issue for my father at the Pharmacy. Very nice staff, proactive and handled it. Audiology for me. Nice staff who did a great job. Tied to mooch eye glass parts with no appointment. They didn't have what I needed but they tried.
The very best VA hospital I have ever been to. Upbeat, helpful and understanding people. I would highly recommend it to any Vet needing care.
They did a wonderful job taking care of Jerry's leg,we are home and he's doing much better.
My wife Barbara, a Vietnam Era 50% Disabled Vet, has been going to WB VA for 11 years, & they have been great, & helped her considerably, & continue to do so today. Thank God for them
I go on a regular visit to the VA in Wilkes Barre but I do believe that the journey is to far away from my area in which I live. One day changes will come to convienience the ill veteran and not the system. We must continue to pray for change. The VA center is fine. It's the trip and distance too it is crap. But a Veteran is on the battle field both in the service and out. Both in battle and out of battle. The fight continues. God Bless Our Veterans Today
Nothing but positive things to say about my Primary Care Team. They have been treating me for the past six years. They listen to any concerns and are great on following up either by email or phone. Scheduling of appointments and follow ups are easier than ever for me. Keep up the great work.
