I've been going here for about six months now. I think the only complaint is have is parking, being a Marine with arthritic hips and knees, it socks to have to walk the distances and sometimes up hill. As for my specialty staff I've encountered, I am extremely happy.
This has been a great facility. (Parking does s"'@* some times) They need more parking!! I have NO issues with this facility! Only the BEST treatment!! Kudos to receptionists, nurses, doctors, and just everyone there!
This was my first visit here. I have been getting treatment from the Allentown OPC since July. Previously, I was in the Atlanta VA system from 2013 to July 2106, and the Buffalo VA system for 20 yrs. In my humble opinion, this is by the best of them all. The Dr.s, nurses and staff have been great As for the parking, I had no issues, but my appointments were in the afternoon. Keep up the good work.
They treated Gary with the most outstanding care.
Terrible place for our vets! Lost my husband's mri scans, can't understand half of the Dr's and some of the waiting times are ridiculous! Most of the staff are nice but don't expect great health care.
Normally I have no issues with this facility. I've been going for 20 plus years. I was extremely upset with the parking yesterday. I had to park out on main road. Then walk up to facility. I think they should have been running a shuttle like I've seen in the past. I have heart issues and have handicap parking. I went to the patient advocate and no one would answer the door. The construction crew should be parking on the main road.
I went for a C&P appointment yesterday and was more than satisfied. The front desk person at C&P was pleasant and informative...volunteered info and answered any question I had. I saw the doctor for my appointment maybe 5 minutes after my appointment time. That is pretty much unheard of even with private doctors. The doctor was interested in my issues and asked pertinent questions--all the while keeping it at a conversational tone. She, too, answered any questions that I may have had. Patriot Cafe. I had the meat lovers eggs. Not bad.
My husband had a appointment to see a Cardiogist !! He was directly admitted to hospital the care was exceptional they were helpful infomative and very thorough !! I would recommend this hospital highly!!
