I brought my car there for a simple recall. I had my car neat clean and nothing on the floor. I will NEVER EVER go back. I had receipts that I had in my glove box on the floor and CD’s along with a spray. I have pictures of what it looks like if you want to see them. I bought a car. It is a 2012 Buick lacrosse. I was treated with the upmost professionalism and care from a great salesperson Reuben Byrd. All the salespeople were kind and helpful. The finance dept and the sales manager were great. I'm very pleased with the care and respect I received. I purchased the vehicle on November 13, 2018. I have the upmost respect for Henderson Ford. Called about my 2013 Ford Focus because the check engine light is on and I got a warning saying transmission fault service car now. They said that they can’t even look at the car for almost a month. They wouldn’t even tell me if my car is safe to drive or what I should do. The car is still under warranty. So what am I supposed to do for a month? Today I purchased a Ford Fiesta from the Henderson family. I knew that I needed a reliable vehicle under warranty to support my career.
