We have a 2018 Ford Focus purchased from Henderson Ford. We went on a trip to Maryland and Washington DC. When we got back after all that traveling being conscientious car owners we checked the oil. It was low (no indicator light though). We put a quart of oil in the vehicle. A week and a half later the car engine blew up. Found out we had a major oil leak but were totally unaware (again no indicator light till it blew up). Had it towed to Henderson was told it should be under warranty. Run as fast as you can from the Quick Service! Not only is Marissa as rude as they come, our truck was in all day...definitely not quick! They did not call and everyone gave a different story for why it would take ALL day!
Randy Henderson is an awesome owner, great staff, and service department. Thanks to Thomas Smith and Rob Moraza for getting the job done for us for our new 2019 Ford Ranger. We love this amazing truck. If you are on the edge about purchasing one, no need to be, you won't be disappointed. Look! No More!
