Can't believe people seriously conduct business like this! They just swindled my son into overpaying $4k on a car. Yes he's 18, and can make his own poor decisions (that's a seperate issue), but i don't know how they sleep at night after talking a gullible kid into overpaying, then slapping him with 23% interest and telling him the 'lender required him to buy the extra warranty'! They have no scruples at all! Will never step foot there, and will tell everyone I know to run from them!
I called to ask to be removed from the scam of a "promotion" and was told no I would not be removed well after almost 15 minutes of them trying to get me to "come in and talk". I have worked at other area dealers and the way thay treated me on the phone I would never want to take a step into that dealership. I thought Henderson ford would not treat customers with such a dishonesty! Save yourself some time throw out your $5000 winner and go to a dealer that dose not use scam tactics to get u in the door just to force overpric... read more
Just picked up a 2017 Ford Escape Titanium and our salesman Thomas Smith walked us through everything. Wouldn’t hesitate again to go back to Henderson for our next Ford.

Just picked up our 3rd vehicle from Henderson ford. Its nice to go into a place that people remember who you are; not just sales people. The henderson family is always pleasant and working with Thomas was fun not stressful. My wife and i were in there, came to an agreement and drove off in a vehicle in 3 hours. Good luck doing that somewhere else!

This is a totally CUSTOMER ORIENTED business enterprise and one that you can trust with your "LAST $$$"....They always deliver on the promise..fix what needs fixing and "advise" you if something else "Might Need" fixing.
