I purchased my 2013 Ford Fusion February 24 , 2017 So far the service has been excellent and I had couple of recalls and they handled them promptly The tires I recently purchased handle very well in these mountains I just took a ten day 2500 mile trip and my Fusions performance was excellent and the gas mileage was about 30 miles to the gallon .I have been quite pleased and would encourage others to check them out in the future , Vicktor was my sales person thank you again for all your courteous service.
Just bought our second Explorer from them. Amazing service department. Great people. You won’t be disappointed.
My engine light came on and I took my car right away to the dealership. They were extremely busy, people out sick, cars towed in because of the weather etc. They didn't know when they could get to my car but said they would try to see what was wrong and let us know. They did this quite quickly, ordered the part, installed the part after explaining how difficult and the number of hours it would take to install. We left the car on Monday and had it back on Wednesday. Kudos to all the people at Henderson Service Department.
I urge people to never buy cars from this place. It's all a bunch of lies. They don't honor there contracts or warranties. Been having problems with the car ever since it left the lot.

My sales person, Jennifer Roberts, was always available and helped me find exactly what I wanted. Rod from the finance department got me a low interest rate and was incredibly helpful. My payment ended up being slightly less than anticipated. I love my new Ford Escape and feel much more confident driving in snowy conditions.
