I was pleasantly surprised by my favorable experience at Henderson Ford and thrilled with my salesperson Mike Spencer. Mike was very accommodating and I felt very relaxed and no pressure. I left my vehicle for a oil change. When the service writer called me to let me know the vehicle was done, I was told that both the front and rear brakes needed to be replaced and they would provide me a quote. Upon picking up the car I received no such quote. As a result I took all 4 wheels off to find that all 4 pads on the front were evenly worn and the worst pad had over 70% left. The rear brakes were in need of replacement. I understand that mistakes happen, but this combined with other comments worries me.
Denise got me in super quick at the last minute and Mike took his time diagnosing my issue properly and thoroughly. My car was fixed and inspected in record time despite the shop being a little short handed. The dealer I actually leased the car from couldn't even get me in for a week and a half. Henderson went above and beyond and answered all of my questions. I will def recommend them to anyone!!!!! Thanks guys !
