I had been having issues with my brakes for a few months and decided to take my car for the free brake inspections. Very high pitched squealing while brakes weren't being applied, went away when being applied. Had them check the brakes twice in a months span, both times they said nothing was wrong. A month later I did some research and figured the problem out myself. There was corrosion build up on the caliper bracket causing the pads to not slide freely as they should. My husband and I purchased a truck from there. I have been too a few dealership and nothing beats this place it was very warm and friendly. I'm financing a 2009 Buick LaCrosse CXL on May 10,2016 (which was about a year ago) from Henderson Family Ford and since I have had the car it has been nothing but problems. I'm constantly having to pay for repairs on top of making a car payment on top of that I found out I'm upside down in my auto loan which I have tried to take get out off the last few months so that I can get a better more reliable car/SUV.
