I purchased a 2015 Ford Focus from Henderson in November. Mike Spencer worked with me and gave me a great deal. He always says hello when I am at the dealership for service. I enjoyed working with him! I've taken my car back for an oil change and was out in under an hour without an appointment. I definitely recommend the people here for sales and service. Great people!
I purchased my current car, a 2007 Ford Focus, from Henderson Ford, and I also regularly have my car serviced at the Quick Lane. I always have a great experience. My uncle, Patrick Malboeuf is the mechanic who works on my car, and he always does a great job in a timely fashion. I have also worked with Brian Henderson, who is always very kind and helpful. I highly recommend Henderson Ford!
Was poking around online looking for a new car. Found just what I wanted at Henderson Ford. Called to make sure it was included in Ford's current 0% financing deal and was told it was. Drove two hours, test-drove the car, liked it, wanted it, but the monthly payment they quoted me was almost $100 more than what I estimated. Finance manager comes out and tells me that only the 2015s are included, 2016s are 4.9%. REALLY??? Drove 170 miles round trip for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Stay away!
Henderson Ford does not appreciate their customers. Many friends and family got the shaft taking their vehicles there. Buyer beware. You get a lemon. You are stuck with it. Not cooperative. Spend your money elsewhere. PS. Not across the street either

TERRIBLE Dealership... POOR Customer Service; Didn't even acknowledge Customer presence in the showroom.. Worst Vehicle Maintenance ever had to deal with! Would NEVER do business with this dealership.... UGH!!!!
