Not be sneaky. If a customer states they do not want a warranty, do not stick it in the contract anyway and brush by it with all the paperwork at the very end hoping someone will not be paying attention or realize what is going on or that a warranty for an additional $2000 was added. Henderson Ford has lost my trust.
The worst service center I have ever dealt with.. A bunch of liars.. I could literally write a book of the stuff they did/ didn’t do to our vehicle. We have been dealing with them since February and have only put 300 miles on since then and the problem is still not fixed, it has been in their shop at the least 5 times. I would NEVER recommend them to my worst enemy. Now let’s talk about the price of their parts/ labor= OUTRAGEOUS!!! I recommend seeing James Civils if you need a car you are looking for he is your go to guy heard nothing but good about him and find you what you are looking for.

there service department is not very customer service oriented. dropped my truck off at 11am was told at 2pm it would be ready in an hour. showed up at 3pm. it is now 415pm and I'm still waiting. not how you should do business
james civils is an all around great sales man.. good guy to do business with
