Each time everything has been ready when scheduled, then he takes the time necessary to set up all the functions and selections to customize the car the way we want. Even takes the time to connect to OnStar and Bluetooth my phone. When the car has been serviced, it has been a great experience. I like dealing with West Herr.

Their service department is absolutely wonderful! I had a nail in my tire.. they not only replaced the tire but changed my oil and did my inspection while I waited ( so I didn't have to come back)! Every time I have gone there I am so impressed with the way they are!
Awful experience here! Bought my Jeep only because I wanted it so bad... but would NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE. Very unorganized, poor customer service. VERY pushy to upsale warranty.
