I arrived at 1250 for a 1pm oil change appointment and tire rotation. My truck was ready at 235. UGH ....Luckily the popcorn, coffee, soup, hot chocolate and fudge bars kept the wait for my 9yr daughter and I somewhat tolerable.
FIRST TIME TAKING MY CAR TO A DEALERSHIP FOR ROUTINE SERVICE.Appointment was kept promptly, in a courteous, professional manner. When my car was ready, I was surprised that they had also washed my car! Nice extra perk! I will be happy to return there for future service!

I'll never buy a car from west herr again! They dicked me around when I was trying to get my jeep the salesman had me come in 2-3 different times and he wasn't even there. Then when I did get my jeep they had to fix the mirror and they said it would be done that day and 3 day later finally got my car and the stuff they were supposed to only 1 thing was fixed so I had to bring it back again for them to keep my car for over 8 hrs and never fixed anything just said bring it back another day.
