Do not take your vehicle here for service (even if it's included with vehicle purchase) NOT worth it. Waited 1 hour and 45 minutes for an oil change with an appointment, would've been longer but I told them to pull my vehicle around and I'd pay to take it elsewhere before they stole any more of my evening. Please get technicians who at least know the basics and can do simple oil changes in a reasonable time frame. Won't be back, thank you!
Absolute worst car dealership I have ever dealt with. These people are the epitome of sleazy car salesmen. Do yourself a favor and do not walk through their doors! If you do, READ THE FINE PRINT they breeze right through when signing, you will end up a happier customer then we were. We will never shop West Herr again.

I was completely satisfied with their customer service, when I was in need of a new vehicle, Timothy M. Loughran understood my situation and helped me professionaly and in the best manner he could.
Leased my 2016 Malibu here even though I worked at Paddock for 7 years. Smoothest experience to say the least, had my first service appt not too long ago and that didn't disappoint either. In and out, thorough job and it was even washed afterwards!
Worst customer service out of any place I've ever dealt with before!!! This is my 5th vehicle I've purchased from West Herr and apparently this means squat to them. This car has been a lemon and has had more in repairs then I purchased the car for!!! I recently brought the car in for repair and while the car was there waiting to be repaired the extended warranty ended, when they got to repairing the vehicle they broke other parts and are telling me I have to pay for them and the labor!! My son bought his very first car yesterday. It was the easiest process we ever had buying a car. Shawn was professional, and we will definitely be back!!!
Great experience. Went for an oil change and had to wait for it. I'm always amazed at how fast they get things done. Waiting room is comfortable and all staff really professional and helpful. Love West Herr!!
