David, Melissa, Joe and Tracy were an amazing team at West Herr and made the buying experience so smooth for someone who is not good with making big decisions! I'm not an easy person to deal with and they all treated myself and my family as one of their own! I will be a West Herr loyal for life.
Sales is great, even the call center is great. Service has been horrid. From an hour ( minimum) for a oil change to constant recalls -- I have had the car in once a month since I bought the car and have found the service dept to be slow, condescending and they really don't care. They'll take up your time and let you wait while they play games and do what they want. . A car DOES NOT need a wash every time it gets an oil change and what takes an hour to change the oil? Even though I walked out of there without a new vehicle it wasn't for lack of them trying. Very honest, especially James McCullough and Melissa Attea. I will go to no other dealership as long as they continue treating customers the way they do.

Last year I walked in planning to purchase a pre owned Sonic. Thanks to Tom Sgroi working with me, I did not expect to be walking out with a brand new one, but I did!
