I love my new ride. MY sales person Samar Al-Alan was amazing. Quick, and listen so carefully to what I need. She found me the right car for what right price and I was able to drive it home the same day. Everything went well. I absolutely recommend west herr Chevy and Samar.
Terrible experience! We felt like our time was being wasted on purpose. When we saw our salesman lounging in sales office laughing and chatting with his buddies. While we sat at his desk. We knew it was time to leave. From the minute we walked in we felt that the game being played was to keep us there while providing as little information possible, stringing us along.
I had a great buying experience at West Herr Chevrolet of Williamsville in the pre-owned car department Billy Caine did a fantastic job of test driving cars with me, and taking the time to get me in the vehicle that I wanted. I would give a 5 star rating- except that I am a little disappointed that I was not offered a loaner vehicle while my car (purchased less than a month ago) is in the shop for repairs.
Best car buying experience from Samar! Start to finish she listened to what I was looking for and found it! And it was a better car than I originally thought. Price and trade in were fair. Top notch service!
