Love this place! We purchased several vehicles from this place, and have referred friends and family. The staff here is amazing. They are very nice and helpful. Whenever anyone is looking for a vehicle, we send people to this place. Just traded in a vehicle and picked up a new one today. Such an easy and enjoyable process. Thank you! I was very happy with my experience, both Mike and Ron worked with me at helped me through the whole process of leasing my Trax, to be honest the whole staff i feel were welcoming, happy to lend a hand, etc. I will be a repeat customer in the future!
This comment is for West Herr's Service Department. I have been bringing my 2001 Saturn out for many years (even before it was West Herr-they took good care of me too). Everyone is so kind and helpful. Mike, Dave, and Devon have always explained things to me and the techs are great. Also, the cashiers, etc. are sweet. This is why I continue to come back. This is the 2nd car I've gotten through Brian O'Neill and he is always patient, kind, easy to work with. My 1st Chevy was a 2016 Cruze & my latest is an Equinox that I began leasing last week. I love each of the cars and experiences leasing each of them were great.
