Bryan Fox is very deceptive often claimed I said things i didn't, played word games on what he said he would do for our lease and didn't hold up to what we thought was agreed upon. would not recommend them to anyone terrible car buying experience wish we would have bought elsewhere.

The Service I receive from Dennis, Devin, Dave and the Entire West Herr Chevy Team is Always Great. I took my Silverado in for a Nail in the Tire without an Appointment. It was Fixed up, Washed and Ready for me within 90 minutes. I wouldn’t take my Silverado anywhere else.

I came in looking for a new vehicle, found the malibu and Bill Cain went above and beyond for me to get it. His service was fantastic and I definitely will use him again when my lease is up. If you are going in to look for a car, please use him. His customer service was great, and he made my first car purchase easy, and memorable. I can’t thank him enough for all he did!
