I am not sure how to rate West Herr Chevrolet of Williamsville. We had been very satisfied for 3 years, but a problem started when braking at a lower speed where brake would pulsesat and make a horrible sound. We had it back for service 3 times and were told each time that there was no problem but if we heard it again to bring our Buick back. We decided to tack it elsewhere and asked if the mechanic would drive it with us in the vehicle. He heard it and diagnosed immediately. It is now fixed and West Herr has lost a customer... read more

I spoke with a sweet young lady named Jennifer Mullins about my options when my lease is up. she took the time to explain things to my, she didn`t rush or talk down to me, even though I am a senior citizen, and not up on the latest things. I will be back to West Herr when my lease is up
We have always bought our vehicles from West Herr dealers. Our salesperson, Steve Kolaczewski gives us the best deals. He has been our salesperson for our 20 years. West Herr Chevrolet has an excellent showroom and staff. Very nice waiting area too. Very satisfied with West Herr Chevrolet and would highly recommend it.
