The West Herr dealership was recommended to us by our daughter, who lives in Buffalo. Mike Kabala was our salesman. The experience we had with Mike and the 3 other sales people we met along the way was awesome. We traveled 6 1/2 hrs to see our daughter & her family and car shop. This is our fifth vehicle from west herr and Deanna and company over in Williamsvile are outstanding bunch of people.
We bought our vehicle at West Herr Chevy... I was very specific on what I needed..(3rd row seats, bucket middle seats ONLY, low mileage, and nice to drive). George Cannon took such great care of us. We emailed back and forth about specifically what we needed. He ended up finding the perfect car for us and then let us take it to lunch to make our decision. Exceptional service - made it easy and less stressful
i bought my 2010 gmc terrian at lia honda down the road it came into you about 5 diff times i have all my receipts an my vehicle was never fixed it even sat at your dealer for one month it was covered under warrenty you guys failed to fix the problem now im javing to contact the consumer fraud and better business bureau about the matter i jave had the vehicle for two years and the first 3 months the vehicle started running rough came to you from lia honda and all you did was put what i call bandaids on the problem this is ou... read more
After referring several friends and family members I will no longer be doing ANY business with West Herr Chevrolet of Williamsville or any West Herr Auto Group stores. After purchasing ANOTHER vehicle they don't back any of the products they sell, the sales team has high turnover because how they are treated. The service manager Jason has no customer service skills whatsoever. And they don't believe in service after the sale.
