I had the absolute best experience at this dealership. I've always gotten my cars from West Herr. First time ever getting into a Chevy and these guys really went above and beyond. My salesman Tony never once made me feel pressured to get into a vehicle. Tony was amazing! Geat place to purchase or lease a car from. Service department is great too. Everyone one there was very friendly and helpful. While having the oil change done on my Equinox, we happened to come across a car for my daughter. She went there after work and ended up buying it. I would recommend them to anyone!
Just purchased my new truck from West Herr; however, I felt that I didn't leave with just a truck... I left knowing it was my first time buying from Jason Smith (my salesman) but certainly not my last! From start to finish I felt that I was taken care of and that my service was appreciated. If one asks me for a recommendation I'd definitely say, "call Jason at West Herr, he'll take care of you!"

They have the WORST follow up ever! After turning in my lease in October they made promises to pay the last payment . Well here we are in Jan. And they still have not made the payment. Yup I just got a call from a collection agency. I have made numerous calls and have gone into the office this is still not resolved. Never buy from them again. BUYERS BEWARE! !!!
They are OK. Had to fight with them to fix stuff that was broken before I purchased my car, but they FINALLY did. Probably will go elsewhere next time...
Disappointed safe brakes are not included with used 3 year old car with 33k miles I purchased a month ago.
