A BIG shout out to West Herr who treated our Transmission replacement as an emergency by putting the job as a top priority! Their customer service was wonderful as they understood our situation of suddenly being stranded while on vacation. They worked quickly to assess the problem and was in contact with us so overnight plans could be made! These things are not planned when going on vacation, but West Herr did their best to make a bad situation better!
